Senior Bears
Well, here you are – your last year before you step out into that big ole world. You are probably wondering what you are going to do, how you are going to do it and when you should start. For those of you planning on going straight into the world of work, don’t slack off on your studies. Research shows that on average, those with a high school diploma will make more money per week ($176) and have a lower unemployment rate (4.3% vs. 6.8%) than their drop out peers. The high school graduate will earn almost $9,200 more in one year

For those of you not sure if you will be able to graduate – PLEASE SEE ME ASAP! For those of you planning on going to college: don’t slack off either. The first three years of high school is what gets you into college, your senior year keeps you there. Pay attention to all the checklists and the deadlines. Listen to the announcements and checkout the website often. There will be updates regarding events and new scholarship information.

Dual Enrollment Info:
Both Cleveland State Community College and Lee University will be here, in the cafeteria, on July 28th and 29th from 9 am until 12pm. They will be here to complete dual enrollment applications or to just answer questions. Parents are encouraged to come due to the fact that any student under 18 will need parent signatures to complete the application process.
